Salary: £12-£20 per hour (Depend on Experience)
Looking for an experienced multi tradesman/woman to join our growing team to assist with the increase volumes of jobs coming in. The suitable candidate will have to meet the following expectations: –
Profile:
- Proven experience as a handyman
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
- Basic numeracy skills
- Good communication ability
- Well-organised and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and light repairs
- Paint and fill gaps or crevices
- Kitchen and bathroom fitting
- Tiling
- Undertake light installation or carpenting (i.e. build cabinets)
- Repair equipment or appliances
- Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
- Basic Plumbing (i.e. replacing taps)
